ABOUT CHIRATHE ROBOTICS

Chirathe Robotics is a Pre-venture supported under the “Startup @ ARTPARK” program. It is a spin-off from the StochLab at the Centre for Cyber-Physical Systems, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.

At Chirathe Robotics, our focus is on creating legged robots adept at navigating challenging terrains. We imagine a future where these robots work alongside humans, tackling dangerous, dirty, and dull tasks. This marks our initial stride towards building agile, intelligent robots capable of animal-like mobility.

Currently, we're honing a quadruped robot platform (watch the video). Our goal is to enhance its durability and equip it with a wider range of behaviors for practical applications.

AI & Robotics Technology Park (ARTPARK) is a one-of-its-kind, not-for-profit foundation established by the Indian
Institute of Science(IISc), Bengaluru with support from AI Foundry in a public-private collaborative model, to promote
technology innovations in AI (Artificial Intelligence) & Robotics.
